I promise a proper update soon, but I’m alive and well. I didn’t lose power, had plenty to eat and stayed warm through it all. I survived my first Nor’easter storm!
Now, I’m just trying to get over the 6 inch puddles, the three feet of plowed snow, and the rain that randomly appeared. SO WEIRD!
Anyway, I watched Season 1 and 2 of Downton Abbey and I’m hooked. I’m obsessed and fascinated with their up-do hairstyles, so I’m trying to recreate it – but I’m not sure about you, but my time is of the essence and I definitely don’t have time to do a fancy up-do. I also don’t have a housemaid who could help me. HA HA! So, when I got a bit of cabin fever I did some “research” on YouTube. This was my favorite and I think I’m going to try it.
Do you have a go-to hairstyle? Do you ever look up on YouTube for hairstyle advice? Or advice in general?

I.ve gone to short hair now nut coincidently just watched 2 more episodes of Downton tonight. It is fascinating to see life as it was for certain groups. 2 more episodes tomorrow. Good luck with the hair style. It looks complex

I love this hair style. I’m gonna have to give it a try! I usually go to YouTube when I see a style in a magazine but can’t figure out how to complete the look.
