May Photo Challenge. Day 1-4

Hi Everyone,

Thanks again for your words of encouragement yesterday. They mean the world to me and make it easier to deal with the Nose and Ear issue. Also, thank you again for all the birthday wishes on Tuesday. I felt oh, so LOVED!! I heart you guys!!

A lot have asked what Mr. P got me for my birthday. Well, he played it casual and cool all day long. IE – he made me think that he forgot my birthday!! However, when I came home, I saw this!

A bamboo plant to add some life to my office cube at work, a dozen PEACH roses (a tradition in our family and I LOVE IT!!), two cute fuzzy, felt, craft items – a butterfly (because that’s my nickname with him) and owlet (because I’m obsessed, no OBSESSED with owls.), and a card. For the May Photo Challenge Day 1 I took a picture of what was inside the card!

Can you believe I’m onto the May Photo Challenge? CAN YOU BELIVE ITS MAY?? Aye, aye, aye!!

The Details: Take a photo every day in April according to the challenge guidelines. Here are the guidelines if you want to follow along and participate:

and here are my photos:

Day 1: Peace. What was inside my birthday card from Mr. P. A BIKE!! A BIKE!!! We have all the major shops less than 5 miles away from my house. I really wanted a bike so I could start going shopping using my BIKE! Definitely my peace and I can’t wait to use it. 🙂

Day 2: Skyline. Look at that sky!! I definitely didn’t use a filter for this photo. I love Colorado!

Day 3: Something you wore today. I just love these shoes!

Day 4: Fun! Challenges like this are fun for me. 🙂

Our plans for the weekend are to continue with the landscaping. Were so close to gardening that I’m putting up with the landscaping. I also have my fundraiser clothing swap on Sunday. I’m looking forward to that!  So, what are your plans for the weekend?

May the FOURTH be with you,

Totally unexpected, random, and the hat is just hilarious, don’t you think?

I also received a happy birthday wish from my father-in-law. He called all the way from ENGLAND!! What a surprise and treat!

Truly, truly blessed. Thank you again!!

Happy May Day, Happy Arthritis Awareness/Action Month, and Happy Glee Day!!

Do you have a favorite birthday memory?

Much Love,
